Here we delivered a full-scale refurbishment and fit-out of two floors in UKZN’s Rick Turner Building to create a contemporary staff lounge and conference centre.

Our work involved detailed reconfiguration, installation of new finishes, and careful planning to ensure the space would be both welcoming and functional. 

The result is a light-filled, adaptable environment that meets the day-to-day needs of lecturers, visiting academics, and the wider university community.

SCOPE OF WORK:  

Construct New Lift Shaft, Demolish Offices, Construct New Plant Room, New Electrical, New Mechanical Installation, New Ceilings/Bulkheads, New Doors & Shopfronts, New Flooring – Vinyl, Tiles, Construct New Ablutions, With New Plumbing & Sanware, New Furniture, Painting & Finishing.
