Here we created a fresh and vibrant new space for academics and students at the UKZN Howard Campus. Completely gutted out, refurbished and fitted with indoor and outdoor furniture we fast-tracked this project to finish in 3 months for students to occupy and enjoy.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Excavation and Setting Out of Levels, Construct New Retaining Walls/Drystack, Construct New Walls and Staircase, New Roof Complete with Gutters and Downpipes, New Windows and Doors, New Floor Slab, New Electrical and Mechanical Installation, New Ceilings – Flushplatered, Lay-in, Balau & Bulkheads, New Flooring – Vinyl, Carpets and Tiles, Paint Entire Building Internal & External, New Structural Steel Canopy, New Stormwater Drainage, Layerworks, Curbing, Asphalting & Paving, Concrete Aprons
DURATION: 3 months
