This project involved the full refurbishment and reimagining of the Desmond Clarence Building at UKZN’s Howard Campus. We stripped the building back to its framework, constructed new spaces, and carefully selected indoor and outdoor furniture to create a welcoming environment for students and academics. Completed in a swift three months, the result is a fresh, functional area ready for daily use.

Excavation and Setting Out of Levels, Construct New Retaining Walls/Drystack, Construct New Walls and Staircase, New Roof Complete with Gutters and Downpipes, New Windows and Doors, New Floor Slab, New Electrical and Mechanical Installation, New Ceilings – Flushplatered, Lay-in, Balau & Bulkheads, New Flooring – Vinyl, Carpets and Tiles, Paint Entire Building Internal & External, New Structural Steel Canopy, New Stormwater Drainage, Layerworks, Curbing, Asphalting & Paving, Concrete Aprons and more.
